For an organization’s culture to transform you need to ensure equitable policies and practices are in place to build and sustain an inclusive environment. Preparing leaders and allies to take on tough and often overlooked structural issues, like systemic racism. Leaders to develop individual and organizational capacity for risk-taking and change. This can be scary for many leaders to do.
