Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee Capacity Building

Equity Process Advisors
Equity recognizes that structural barriers impact individuals and organizations differently. Some processes were created to perpetuate favored outcomes for the most dominant and privileged groups. Adopting an equity framework and appointing an Equity Process Advisor (EPA) recognizes that advantages and barriers exist, and that, as a result, individuals and organizations are positioned at an imbalance. Tangible Development provides in-depth training for staff in your organization to serve as the Equity Process Advisor, working to identify and interrupt flag mechanisms that perpetuate or reproduce inequities.
