DEI Acknowledgements

“We acknowledge that the land on which Tangible Development was founded is the traditional territory of the Mohican, Haudenosaunee, and Schaghticoke people.“

It’s important to acknowledge that this land was not given to settlers, it was taken. The undue suffering of Native people allowed settlers to develop a new nation. Unfortunately, that sufferring included enslavement and mass murder that, by design, resulted in aggressive depopulation

The tainted history of the US is an unfortunate part of our success. We acknowledge this and through our work we honor this history by supporting the development of a more equitable and justice-oriented future in organizational management.
