Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work can be many things. We believe DEI work should be tangible, something you can measure, feel, and sustain.

Land Acknowledgement
We acknowledge that Tangible Development was founded on land that is the traditional territory of the Mohican, Haudenosaunee, and Schaghticoke people.
It’s important to acknowledge that this land was not given to settlers, it was taken. The undue suffering of Native people allowed settlers to develop a new nation. Unfortunately, that suffering included enslavement and mass murder that, by design, resulted in aggressive depopulation.
The tainted history of the US is an unfortunate part of our success. We acknowledge this and through our work, we honor this history by supporting the development of a more equitable and justice-oriented future.
